Instructions for adding a manual measurement reading. 

• Select (+) symbol next to measurement type. 
• Drag slider to measurement number and select the "OK" button. 
• Tap the clock symbol to adjust time, tap the calendar symbol to adjust date. 
• Complete other fields as necessary. 
• Select the "Save" button to save the reading.
